This website is operated by DAI, razvoj umetne inteligence in programske opreme, d.o.o. ("DAI", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Celje, Slovenia.

By accessing dai.company or joining the DAI Node waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Scope

These Terms cover your use of this website, the waitlist, and any information we publish here about the DAI Node and the DAI Network.

The site is currently a pre-launch presentation. It is not a shop, and nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to sell. Separate terms of sale will be published before the DAI Node becomes available to order, and those terms will govern any purchase.

Where a specific policy applies — such as the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Warranty Policy or the Shipping Policy — that policy forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account-free use

You must be at least 16 years old to submit your email address to the waitlist. No account is required to use this site, and we do not offer user accounts at this stage.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we will email you when the Kickstarter campaign opens and provide the launch discount announced at that time.

  • Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy.
  • It does not reserve a unit, does not guarantee stock, and does not guarantee a specific price.
  • The launch discount is subject to the conditions published with the campaign and may be limited in time or quantity.
  • You may leave the waitlist at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

We may close, pause or change the waitlist if the campaign timeline changes. We will tell subscribers if we do.

4. Accuracy of product information

The DAI Node is a product under active development. Specifications, performance figures, features, pricing examples and timelines published on this site are indicative and describe our current intent, not a guaranteed final product.

Figures such as "up to ~1 PFLOP (FP4, theoretical)", "models up to 300B", "up to 2.4T parameters" and "up to 125x cheaper" are theoretical maximums or illustrative comparisons. Real-world results depend on the model, quantisation, workload, network conditions and configuration, and will differ.

Product renders, images and diagrams are illustrative. Final hardware appearance may vary.

We may correct, update or change the content of this site at any time without notice, and we are under no obligation to update it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law
  • submit an email address that is not yours, or otherwise submit false information
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or connected systems
  • upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the site
  • scrape, crawl or harvest content or data at a scale that burdens the service
  • reproduce, copy, resell or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission

We may restrict access to the site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, product renders, diagrams, the DAI name and logo, and the design and structure of the site — is owned by DAI d.o.o. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction in a commercial context, requires our prior written consent.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site, including EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, LUMI, Hugging Face and Ollama, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of DAI products beyond the specific relationships described on the site.

7. Third-party links and open models

This site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

The DAI Node is designed to run open models published by third parties. Those models are licensed by their publishers and their licences apply to your use of them. DAI does not grant you rights to any third-party model and does not warrant the accuracy, safety or fitness of any model output.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we may use it without restriction and without obligation to you, including to develop our products. Do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of this site.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under Slovenian or EU law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

10. Prices and taxes

Any prices shown on this site are illustrative examples used to explain how the network economics work, and are not an offer.

DAI d.o.o. is not currently registered for VAT in Slovenia, so amounts we invoice do not include Slovenian VAT. Should that change, prices and invoices will state VAT separately. Customers outside the European Union may be liable for import duties and local taxes; see the Shipping Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

For all other disputes, the courts of Celje, Slovenia have jurisdiction.

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and are not currently willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent to ruslan@dai-mvp.online.
